About John Bowe and his professional driving career

John Bowe is a four time Australian Champion and has been at the very top of Australian motor sport for over 20 years. He strongly believes that to be a better and safer driver requires a greater level of training than the 'getting a licence' test provides.

"I established John Bowe Driving because after 20 years of top level competition driving I am constantly disappointed at the standard of driving I see every day on our roads.

People will spend money for lessons to improve their golf, tennis, cooking or even computer skills but are often reluctant to invest in improving their driving skills - and driving is the most dangerous thing most of us will ever do.

Our Drive-to-Survive and Advanced Driving courses will not teach you how to be a racing driver and that is why we don't conduct them on race tracks. What they do teach is how to be safer every time you get behind the wheel. They are also challenging and fun which creates a great environment to learn.
